Global Freight Services
Is this your companies current method of distribution?
Distribution
We provide delivery services across Europe via both road and air transportation. Maintaining established partnerships with major European freight carriers such as UPS, DHL, DPD, Aramex, Schenker, DSV, and Royal Mail, we select the most cost-effective option tailored to meet our clients’ delivery needs. If goods are sold on an ex-works basis and customers opt to collect from our warehouse, it poses no issue. Upon availability of a delivery profile, we offer advance quoting for transparency.

Phyical Representation
We oversee, receive, warehouse, control stock, pick and pack, and fulfill customer orders according to your instructions. Our service is accompanied by a transparent charging and reporting model, structured around activity, SKU numbers, space requirements, turnaround times and order sizes. The standard warehouse charge model is determined by a price per pallet for incoming goods, a weekly storage fee per pallet, and a price per pallet for outgoing goods. We can tailor our approach to your business.
Channels will not need to handle VAT, duty, or customs clearance.
Fiscal Representation
Partners In Logistics assumes responsibility for managing the VAT (Value Added Tax) and Duty on behalf of our clients. This involves the registration of our clients for VAT in Ireland and/or the UK, overseeing all reporting requirements to Irish/European/British Revenue and Customs. Consequently, our clients can seamlessly conduct sales from the bonded warehouse, with the goods enjoying free circulation within Europe, effectively placing them within the region.
Notably, there is no obligatory requirement for clients to incorporate in Ireland, although some opt to do so to benefit from the favorable 12.5% corporate tax rate. Our setup allows goods to be sold from our warehouse to VAT registered customers across Europe at 0% VAT, offering advantageous cash flow benefits. VAT and Duty at the point of entry are deferred into the bonded warehouse, providing similar advantages.
Moreover, the customer’s payment can be directed straight to our client, eliminating the necessity for it to be received in Ireland. For those who prefer, we also extend banking and invoicing services. Our service typically incurs a monthly charge, which is determined based on both the value and activity associated with the provided services.
